Le tencel est une fibre très solide, résistante et durable grâce à son procédé de fabrication. C'est une matière qui est douce et s'adapte aux fluctuations de température, ce qui la rend agréable à porter autant en été qu'en hiver.

Pour la garder le plus longtemps possible, nous conseillons un lavage doux à la main dans l'eau froide sur l'envers avec des coloris similaires. Si vous avez un programme en machine "lavage main" à froid, cela fonctionne aussi très bien. Pas de sèche-linge. Repassage doux sur l’envers. Pas de javel.

Delivery is free in Switzerland from 100 CHF of purchases and in France from 100 Euros.

The delivery costs for a standard order are CHF 7 in Switzerland and 18 CHF (17euros) in France.

Return & Refund

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us for reimbursement or credit, if they are not suitable for you. For any request, please write us an e-mail at hey@katoune.ch.

For the return and refund to be accepted, your order must be returned in its original packaging, with the tag attached, the clothing unworn and unwashed. Thereafter, you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
