Shipping policy
1) "In Stock" Items
Orders are processed the same day on weekdays (excluding public holidays). An automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking number is sent to you when the package has been dropped off at the post office.
2) "Pre-Order" Items
"Pre-order" items are mentioned on the relevant product page with an estimated delivery date. In general, the delays are approximately 10 to 14 weeks.
3) "In Stock" and "Pre-Order" Items
If you place an order with an in-stock item and a pre-order item, the item with the longest lead time will ship your entire order.
If you wish to receive your order in several installments and receive one of the articles more quickly, you can separate your orders.
4) Shipping costs
Delivery is offeredin Switzerland and Europe.
5) Delivery methods
Parcel orders are shipped with La Poste in Switzerland and Colissimo in Europe. For orders in Europe, packages are sent from France.

Katoune delivers in Switzerland and Europe
7) Delivery time
For Switzerland: a delay of 3-5 days (working days)
For EU: 6-14 days (working days)
Please note that preparation times for your order may be longer during collection launches or during busy periods such as the holiday season.
8) Customs fees
In the event of delivery outside Switzerland, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier. Katoune is not responsible for these charges.
