To keep it as long as possible, we recommend washing at 30° delicate program with similar colours. No dryer. Gentle ironing on the reverse. No bleach.

Retour & Remboursement

Vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours après réception de votre commande pour nous retourner vos pièces contre remboursement ou avoir, si elles ne vous conviennent pas.  Pour toute demande, veuillez nous écrire un e-mail à hey@katoune.ch.

Pour que le retour et le remboursement soit accepté, votre commande doit être retourné dans son emballage d'origine, avec l'étiquette accroché, le vêtements non porté et non lavé. Par la suite, vous recevrez un email pour vous prévenir lorsque le remboursement aura été effectué.
